Upon receiving your order, you have the option to inspect the products while the courier waits for 5-10 minutes. If you wish to request a refund or exchange, you can return the item to the courier immediately and only cover the shipping fees.
To qualify for an immediate refund or exchange items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that during a sale, items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Once the courier departs, we are unable to process any further refunds or exchange.
